Please note that this shop is intended for use by customers outside the UK only. If you live in the UK (or the items are to be shipped to an address in the UK) please use our UK Shop.
Please note that following the UK's withdrawal from the European Union, it is likely that customers will need to pay import fees and/or VAT to their local customs officials, or through the delivery agent. These are not included in the sale price paid to MAH, and it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of these charges before ordering, and for completing the necessary steps in the process to ensure delivery of their order.

DISPATCH POLICY
We will always endeavour to dispatch your order as soon as possible. It may not always be possible to dispatch it on the same working day as your order is placed, so dispatch the next working day may occur.
We will not dispatch an order where there is ambiguity with either the address or the delivery instructions so please check your e-mail (including your Junk Mail folder) to ensure that we have not tried to contact you.
All parcels are dispatched using a recorded/confirmed delivery service.
Delivery methods vary depending on the weight, contents and destination of your order(1).
Most orders are sent with either DHL or FedEx. For some destinations you will have a choice whether to use DHL or FedEx. The approximate delivery time for both couriers is usually very similar - this simply allows you to choose to use the courier you prefer. In other instances we will choose which courier is most appropriate to use.
Some orders under 500g may be sent with Royal Mail(2). We also use Royal Mail for delivery of some larger orders to some countries.
For orders to some countries we may also use DPD couriers at our discretion.
If a delivery agent is specifically named in the delivery method you choose, then we will use that agent.
You will receive an email informing you when your order has been dispatched, which delivery method we have used, and the tracking details of your parcel if available.
(1) If your country is not listed in the drop-down box at the check-out, then I’m afraid we currently don’t deliver to your location. This is usually due to sanctions or insurance reasons.
(2) Royal Mail is the UK postal service. They will pass on the parcel to your national postal service who will be the ones to deliver your parcel to you.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
Deliveries to the countries named below usually take 2-7 working days:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland.
The speed of delivery is often determined by the delivery service in your country, public holidays, the location of your town/village etc., and possibly by customs clearance times. Unfortunately these are not factors which we can control.
If you encounter delays receiving your order then please first check the tracking details for your parcel as you may be provided with more information and/or need to contact your local distribution centre if they have a query with the delivery.
If you still have a problem, or have not received your order after ten working days then please contact us. We will do our best to make sure you receive your parcel as soon as possible, and the quicker we know of any possible problems the easier it will be for us to look into.
DELIVERY COSTS
Delivery charges vary depending on the weight, and destination of your order.
For orders to one of the countries named in the section above - plus Brazil, India and Israel - the delivery charge will be shown at the checkout once you have selected your country.
All other countries and offshore areas of the above countries will be quoted individually after you place your order and before your order is dispatched.
We will not dispatch your order unless the quoted delivery charge has been agreed and paid by you.
Some additional surcharges may apply to offshore/remote areas - we will contact you if that is the case.
POSSIBLE ADDITIONAL IMPORT CHARGES AND DUTIES
Deliveries outside the UK may be subject to local taxes and import restrictions. This is likely to be the case for most customers following the UK's withdrawal from the European Union. It is the sole responsibility of the customer undertaking the import to take the necessary action within their country to enable the delivery of their parcel.
Customers should check with the authorities in their country before ordering, as we may not issue refunds for orders which are not delivered due to a failure on the part of the customer to ensure any customs charges, or processing fees raised by the customs officials or their agents, are paid, or that a necessary part of the customs clearance process is completed.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in your parcel being delayed or even returned to us which will incur re-delivery charges.
If for any reason you are not at your property to accept the parcel and have not left any alternative delivery instructions, it will normally be held at a depot before being returned to us if collection is not made - this may result in further charges.
PRICING POLICY
All orders are charged in Euros. Prices do not include VAT (Value Added Tax, or 'sales tax'), and this may be payable to your local authorities when you import the products. You may also be charged duties on the import, and it is your responsibility to pay these fees.
The prices of products may alter from time to time to reflect changes in the exchange rates.
