Pricing Policy

All overseas orders are charged in Euros. The price for all F10 products is fixed, but we try to update the prices of all other products on the last Friday of every month to reflect the recent changes in the exchange rate between the £ and €, so please be aware that the prices may alter from time to time.

Dispatch Policy

We will always endeavour to dispatch your order on the working day on which it is received, however our parcels are collected in the afternoon before the close of business so this may not always be possible. In such circumstances it will be dispatched on the next working day.

Orders are not dispatched until payment is received.

We will also not dispatch an order where there is ambiguity with either the address or the delivery instructions so please check you e-mail (including your junkmail folder) to ensure that we have not tried to contact you.

Delivery Information

Orders are dispatched using DPD, Parcelforce or Royal Mail, depending on the size of the order (orders over 1.5kg are usually sent with DPD).

DPD is a courier company that will then pass on the parcels to a courier company in your country. This is usually their own DPD franchise and they will be responsible for the delivery to your address. If your parcel is sent with DPD you will receive an e-mail which will give you a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your parcel at their website.

Royal Mail is the UK postal service. They will pass on your parcel to the postal service in your country and they will deliver the parcel to you. If your order is sent using a trackable service (this is not available in some countries and for some items) then we will send you the tracking number and you can track the parcel on the Royal Mail website

We always send your order using the quickest delivery service available. In some countries this may take only two working days. In others it may take over two weeks. Unfortunately this speed is often determined by the delivery service in your country, public holidays, the location of your town/village etc and this is not something we can affect. 

Delivery Difficulties?

If you encounter problems receiving your order then please first check the tracking details for your parcel. Then, please contact us. As we try to dispatch all parcels the same or next working day so if you have not received your order in seven working days then please let us know. The sooner we know the easier it is to resolve the problem.

In many instances the best way to resolve the problem is for us to provide you with contact details for the company who will be delivering the parcel to you along with a different tracking number for the parcel. You can then contact them to speak with them about the delivery - often the problem is that they cannot find your house or the address is not clear and this is something you can quickly resolve with them.
